Would like members support for putting together new bulking diet.

Well, I was in the gym today, and I got discouraged from working out. I quit about halfway, when I got to the shoulders.

I know my diet is lacking, because I haven't been eating too much at all, although I try. But now I am really psyched about beginning anew with the diet. I could put it together myself, but I sort of want all the members' help here to achieve my goal, just another factor to motivate me I thought.
