Rep Power: 13 | | | losing weight by doing cardio and eating right is the only way to lose the stomach. no set excercise will get rid of it because your fat is stored throughout your body, and is burned the same. |

I am very intrigued by this statement. Do you mean you have to burn 3,500 calories more than you intake in ONE DAY to lose a pound? or do you have to this everyday for a week? This sounds quite hard, but your statement sounds true.
If you know more about losing body fat, plz inform me. you sound knowledgeable and im very interested in what you know. I also have tips if you are interested. |

Rep Power: 12 | | | you need to burn 2,500 calories more than you intake to lose a pound...whether that happens in 1 day or 3 days or a week is up to you. Losing more than 2 pounds a week isn't reccommended though...
