3 hours is way too much

a 45 minutes to 1 hour in my opinion is just about enough

other than that muscles need 48 hours of rest after workout

it seem ur gf is into a full body workout which is why i guess the 3 hours

however much depends on the intensity of the workout
in my opinion 1 and half hours should do good for a full body workout

listen to what other members have to say

have a nice day

Yes, 3 hours a day is way too much. What does she do there? I hope it's not three hours of cardio a day.

What does she eat? I'm confused. What's in your school breakfast and school lunch? Does she eat chicken for dinner?

well if she's bubling with energy after her workout there nothing for you to worry about

unless she tired or lethargic or inactive thats tell tale signs of over-training

but definitely lowering her workout time would do good

Yes it's too much and she is most likely not eating enough. You need to put more info in your post And you're too cute looking for information about your girlfriend

Yes three hours is too much, unless two of them is spent in conversation. Not trying to be rude saying that, but I have seen plenty of times in the gym, that people chat more than workout. I'm not saying your g/f is doin that. Post what she does in that 3 hours and maybe we can alter her schedule a bit. And as teresa mentioned earlier, the diet you posted is very vague.
