Salt

Why is salt sooooo bad, what can I use to subsitute salt and can I still have the water-packed tuna even though it has some salt, what about olives they're placed in a luqiuid with salt?

Why is sodium poision? Some amount is definitely required as a lot of it is lost while sweating.

.9% (physiological solution) sodium in blood is all you need to be healthy so you would need the same percent in relation to your water intake. Anything over is very unhealthy. If more sodium is ingested your body trys to dilute the sodium by retaining water.
