3 different workouts
1 day of 3 sets of 6 at heaviest weight you can manage per excerice.
1 day of 3 sets of 8 at 90% weight
1 day of 5 sets of 15 at 60% weight.
Nothing really spectaular on the diet, but i have been around 150 - 200 calories up per day (using calorieconnect.com to measure this). And generaly been eating healthy with 2 -3 bad meals a week (I can't resisit my Sunday night Indians)
Haven't quite got round to the 6 meals a day routine yet, but I am trying to get into that habit. |
